Location was amazing and breakfast/dinner were deliciously done and served well

We were booked sea facing view but staff gave us mountain facing room without telling us the same . When we questioned the same , they said they have upgraded the room. But it was very bad taste

The view from the seaview room was amazing. The staff so friendly, the food was very good. I recommend to everyone.

Good location. Right on the water and close to some lovely walks. Room was clean.

We had an odd moment where a member of the receptionist team entered our room at 23.00 to insist on payment of the room bill. We had checked in the previous night and clearly this had been missed. It was not rectified during daytime hours and the member of staff was very abrupt. I feel it was something that could have been avoided.

A very nice hotel with sea view. Had a beautiful and clean room. The cleaning lady was very dedicated on doing her job perfectly. The staff was also very nice and friendly. During the day there are some nice activities like pool sports and in the evening bingo/live music. Had as well big variety of food but the taste wasn’t the best.

Regarding the food some of the dishes were tasteless (for my/our taste at least). There are appetizers and salads which are good, but the dinner main course are okayish. There were also days when the food was good but depending on the type/origin of the food (spanish, italian etc.). Also the coffee was not the best but i could see that the majority of the “all inclusive” hotels have the same coffee machine and experienced the same tasteless coffee in other hotels as well. As mentioned above about the activities: as we had the room in the first floor we could hear everything starting with 22 o’clock. Not bragging but at some point we wanted to rest and not hear the loud live music. Guess if you ask for a room at a higher floor they’ll be nice and offer you one.

The location is absolutely unmatched! Right by the ocean with crystal clear water and great views. We had a room with sea view, which is really recommendable. Breakfast and dinner was really nice compared to other half pension/all inclusive-places we have stayed at - really good variety of food every night. Would also recommend doing the short hike up the small mountain in Cala Sant Vicenc to watch the sunset - magical!

Rooms were a bit small - we had to move a lounge chair to the balcony to fit both our suitcases. Wi-fi wasn't really that good and the fact that we had to pay for drinks other than water for dinner, even though we had half pension, was disappointing. Hotel is also a bit pricey in our opinion...
