We did not stay as the picture showed and the real room was not matching. It was horrible to stay. So we immediately cancelled and checked into another hotel. Booking.com did not gave us alternative option and it was horrible to roam around in luggage in hot weather to find another accomodation by yourself... Never trust pictures ... Better have a VC with the property to be sure of what is being offered. Good learning for us..

Rooms: Cockroaches roaming around. We also saw a rat in the room. This was enough to lose sleep that night. Too much severe noise till about 1 AM. Include high TV volume staff shouting to each other. Traffic noise from outside till late at night. The bathroom has serious seepage on all walls. Poor cleanliness. The reception area was stinking in the morning during check out. Staff are poorly trained. They do not even provide a full receipt. They asked to get it from Fabhotels.

Overall, I had a great experience with the (fabhotel haidri ); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.
