Good rooms, good location, good Marvel texture on rooms and reception area , good environment

I had a really nice time here. The rooms were so beautiful and clean. The best thing was the food. I really liked the food and behaviour of staff

It's VERY DIRTY. Please don't make the same mistake I did and go read the comments on Google if you consider this hotel. I understand it was very cheap but still. The sheats had not been cleaned from the last customer, hairs everywhere in the bed and on the pillow. Some spit on the wall. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. The staff didn't make me confortable. They began by telling me that foreigners were not allowed but accepted to let me stay. When I left they forced me to show them my Booking reservation and took a picture of my phone in order to have the code PIN. They used it to make a false comment on my name, that's why they have a good rating. My only advice: RUN.

Location and I got car parking that's it.and behavior of staff was good.

Hotel facilities like bedroom was dirty bedsheets n all are not upto the mark.

Waste deluxe room so upgraded to super deluxe room but hotel staff is confused people and give all false information to the customer. It is a waste hotel with waste people staff. I didn't like anything about this hotel and it is situated in very congested area with lots of pollution. AQI is around 250 which is dangerous.

Neither Hotel is good nor the hotel staff. My stay was very unpleasant at this hotel as hotel staff don't care anything about customers concerns and hotel staff is very much interested in taking money from the customer without doing any work. Useless hotel with Useless hotel staff.

There was no breakfast / restaurant attached. Location was crowded, there is no branding of Fabhotel, also, the photos shown on the site was of Superior Deluxe room, they put us in deluxe room with chipped walls, wet floor etc. We had to fight with the reception for better rooms. We were upgraded to superior deluxe for an extra charge. But, we did not give extra charge at the end, because instead of 3 rooms, they gave us only 2 rooms. Somehow, we managed to spend the night over there. Also, there was no hot water in the morning (imagine in month of December). Just like Oyo, even fabhotel is just associating with any random hotels without checking the facilities or cleanliness of the property. We were 5 ladies and 2 kids. They say that, their agreement is only for deluxe rooms (most basic unhygienic room) for Fabhotel /online customers. Brands like Fabhotel/booking.com should verify the place, our trust on Fabhotel / booking.com was misplaced.
