I booked a room from Agoda app I even got the booking confirmation no. On mail but when I reached there with my friends the receptionist said that the hotel u have booked comes under Oyo and u have to pay more than 2500/- for a room. I booked the room in the first place because it was in my budget and then she said u should reach out to customer care... Everything is senseless, I mean...hotel must display real price on the website. They are just fooling people..

Totally disappointed with Booking.com you and YO-YO rooms are cheating people by showing wrongs pics of the property. The place Capital O Hotel is a horrible place not fit for staying, the room was smelling and dirty and Infact we did not see such a place as Capital O Hotel. I should have believed the earlier reviews and not made this foolish decision.
