nothing. filthy place, staff extremely rude and customer service absolutely horrible

Firstly receptionist/customer service denied check in as asked for more money than the booking amount. even my booking was confirmed and they were uttering a different story altogether. Later on when called booking.com they got ready to provide the room, however room was extremely dirty. bathroom was smelling, bed sheet was filthy , room had cigarettes smell so I decided to drop
