"Awesome stay - plan to be back!!"

Staff is awesome - I will like to make special mention of Kaushal. I was having payment confirmation issue and interacted with Kaushal to have this sorted. He was empathetic and professional - made sure everything was sorted and to top it all, upgraded my room to a suite!!
