"Average not up to my expectations as per the charges of room and hotel."

There is no kids play area in the whole Hotel. My Child didn't enjoyed. Cleanliness was not up to the mark glass and balcony area wes dirty.

"Okey Types"

Rooms were okey. Hotel was clean. Over all experience was okey types. Not my type of hotel. Bfast options were less.

Quantity of food was not good as per the prices charged. The discount of F&B was ignored by saying that the bill can not be rectified. To fetch a hair dryer, it took 30mins+ for the housekeeping to provide me with it. Hair dryer is a very much required utility item and they didn't have it their bathroom. Car cleaning facility is not available at all. Every guest without driver would sit in their dirty car or they get up and fetch some water and clean the car. Overall, it was not a hotel for me.
