Basic facility available. Washroom is clean.

All linens are heavily used and very old. Not washed properly. Pillows are very dirty and smelly. Plastic Chairs are got black stains. Most chocking point the toilet seat is not available in one washroom. Hotel staff said they forgot to repare it and no option as all rooms are full now. Rooms are too noisy. Curtains are not clean, dirty stains and torned. Breakfast is arranged from roadside stall in a polly bag. Fat spread instead of butter. No coffee available only tea.

The courteous staff. They were very helpful.

Not clean. I was surprised the hotel was not at all like what I expected. Below average hygiene. The staff never picked my calls even after me calling them to enquire about something.

They provided us with free wifi, the rooms and the services were value for money as they gave everything , the facilities they gave us were just exceptional as it was expected from Sudhanand four seasons.
