The location is quite reachable ..nice and clean.. Good breakfast best place of your planning for zoo and aquarium.juat 4 kms ..away

.no support provided for buying something from the room then the watch man helped me to get milk for my kid ..this may seem a simple thing but it's a great help in middle of night beside a kid ..so everything was good except the room service provided and water bottles are charged...and price is little high as it is seasonal but it's okay ... family room needs to have king size and single bed as I booked double deluxe room..but what I got is three seperate single beds for 4.

The hotel is situated near the city. The room is clean. Mrng breakfast was simple and good.

the staff was good.... only thing was parking intially as it is on the main road however it was sorted out and the ambience was good

The rooms were clean especially the bathroom. The breakfast was simple and good.

Need at least Bread toaster if bread is a going to be provided daily for breakfast. I had asked for bugger bed but staff said only 3 individual beds are available. Hence i asked for extra pillow to sleep down on mattress. Totally unsatisfied with pillow i had asked. It was so hard i was unable to sleep. Even though some rooms were not occupied, the staff did not oblige to change the pillow. Felt room size to be little cramped to accommodate 2 adults and 1 kid.

They didn’t have kitchen or restaurant. They kept breakfast only for 1 hr which they got from outside. They didn’t serve that complimentary breakfast to us as we didn’t reach in that one HR time.

Rooms were foul smelling and bad.

Nothing. The property initially cancelled our reservation saying they are booked and made us book high rent room. But when we reached we found out property was not booked. The reservation guy was extremely rude and not at all welcoming. The hotel was not even worth paying 2k

Hotel fraud us by making us pay higher charge Reception guy was rude Breakfast was extremely late. We paid for our breakfast and still had to leave without having breakfast properly. This was not at all worth the cost of charged.
