Hotel El Reformador

They have pretty good location, and a few good options for breakfast, there are also other restaurants in a walking distance from the hotel. Also from M-F they have lunch available.

It did not look as morden as I would expect, but the overall word to describe the property will be cozy.

Safe location, short walk to the shore with restaurants. Great staff and spacious rooms. Good breakfast.

The hotel itself was great. Nice central area and room, and the staff was nice

I parked my motorcycle in their parking lot, they locked it, and someone broke in and stole my gear which was in a locked top case. Be careful in Puerto Barrios and at this location. Sorry for the bad review, but the manager's first reaction was to tell me their policy is that they're not responsible for stolen items. I understand that, but you should have had some more sympathy, and probably should have refunded my 1 night stay.

Nice staff, clean beds and rooms, breakfast is ok and served quickly, hotel does the job.

Could be cleaner and better maintained.

The hotel was charming, perfect for our need, the AC work very well which was needed for weather during the time we went.

It's location, you can walk or take a short drive to the municipal pier to take a boat ride to one of the beaches, or walk to Pier 17 and go eat nearby the bay.
