CORAL RESIDENCY

The hotel is well-located with convenient parking nearby. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

The rooms lack soundproofing, so traffic noise from the main road can be heard throughout the day, making it difficult to sleep at night — and nearly impossible in the morning. Additionally, there’s no full-size mirror in the twin rooms for getting dressed, though one is available in the deluxe rooms.

Staff are judging the guest based on their appearance. They must change this attitude.

Facilities and restaurants including restaurant staffs are well behaved

Behaviour and support by reception staff and security needs to be improved. They are not helping in loading and downloading keeping luggage
