Not friendly for the customer those who are leaving early mornt even though they are eligible for their breakfast but they charge. The floor cleaner they use is not good it's sticking while we walk inside the room without footwear . If you book online second room need to be book offline and the rates are extra . Over all if you didn't mind spending money it's good choice. Staffs are totally commercial. Including restaurant.

"Great hotel!"

The hotel is like a 5 star hotel. This was the best hotel we stayed in india in all our travels past few years. Very clean, very comfortable, everything is superb. If happened to come again to Ramanathapuram, definitely will stay in this hotel again.

There is nothing to not like about. Everything is perfect.

The hotel was exceptional and exceeded expectations. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast options were limited but varied every day. The close proximity to the railway station is an advantage. The room was tidy and had enough storage space. The bathroom was clean.
