Superb location. Very close to Golden Temple and central Amritsar. Well maintained property. Staff is courteous and attentive.

One drawback is that all the rooms are not uniform. Rooms in the same category have different washrooms in terms of size and quality. Cleanliness was a slight challenge in 1-2 amenities but the staff were prompt in making amends.

I stayed for 2 nights... Excellent service given by housekeeping and reception staff... Rooms was neat and clean with good furniture... Check inn and chec out was smooth with proper guidance of local markets and the hotel facilities... Highly recommended to everyone... Good rooms with very reasonable rates.

Service is very poor. Bathrooms and rooms are not cleaned properly. One of the rooms(Room no. 402) was so stinky that it had become unbearable to even stay in the room. Then there was the issue of hot water. We had to literally beg for hot water. The staffs were oblivious to our problems in spite of our repeated complaints. They were very callous.
