I could catch up on my night sleep. That was the only good thing

The location, the customer service, the facilities (like no toothbrush and toothpaste, linens were torn and untidy and towels were unkept. I was charged 500 as advance but had to do plenty of follow ups to get my money back as they did not settle the advance in final bill.

Booking.com shd show the pictures of surroundings of hotels. Otherwise we will not know what the neighborhood looks like

Very congested lane. There was a cockroach in the room.
