"Bedroom had a leak from the shower which was going into are bedroom when had a shower ,reported in the morning as now on"

At first site it looks very old and need up dating on the out side .coats of paint would be good.

The car park was to open for anybody to come and go , as it’s in a built up area, once in side it look nice bar and restaurant looked ok . Out side when the river is was lovely so many walks .

The location was nice.

The room could've been cleaner. (Loads of flies on the window ledge) The bar staff weren't particularly welcoming. The table didn't get cleared. Food was just ok...

Breakfast very nice. Especially the full breakfast

Difficult to find a table for 2 that didn't wobble, room 10. I call it a cupboard very nice but a bit on the small side.

The room was very nice. It's smaller than I expected. The bathroom was lovely, very clean but small. You had to shut the door to get to the shower. Having said all that, I would definitely return if I had to stay in Burton-on-Trent again. We had breakfast on both mornings, and dinner on the second night food was very good.
