Location, decor the layout. Everything was perfect….

Accept the pillows Omg it was like having two curb stones And whoever thought it was a good idea to have a step up into the bathroom has never gone to the loo in the dark. Your fall up into the bathroom and then fall out on the way back to bed. Nice and quiet - no way 🤨

It was very clean and comfortable and the food was delicious. The surroundings were very pleasant and very rural given the central location

Room and meals very good.

Customer service faded during my evening meal when I waited 10 minutes to place a dessert order. Only one member of staff on breakfast duty seemed to be rushed off her feet.

Good location & huge restaurant

Had view of car park, river view would have been better. Out side building of rooms looks a bit tacky with net curtains.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a bit odd but functional.

Noisy people in the corridors until the early hours. Terrible breakfast. Asked for poached eggs on toast. We got 2 poached eggs on HALF a round of bread. Appalling.

Food was excellent but the coffee at breakfast was cold on both mornings from the thermal jugs perhaps fresh pots of coffee could be made on request
