Planos Deluxe

The personel at Planos Hotel were amazing. Especially Thodoris in the bar and Johana in the reception and Despina, they deserve for sure an extra attention. Made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. Very easy people to talk with about anything, and made sure that we had everything we needed. Always a big smile on them, and always ready to make sure your day will be good. Pool area was nice, close to both the restaurant and the bar, if you move a little in the day you can have sun from 09:00 to 19:30 with no problem. Food was good, so were the drinks. We ate all meals at the hotel for 3 out of 7 days, the 4 other we went out to eat dinner, rest we had at the hotel. Nothing to complain about there, everything was good. And to end, an extra thanks to Thodoris, Johana and Despina for making our stay so nice! You all made us feel so welcomed and at "home" down there :)

Bathroom was not proper cleaned, and would reccomend fixing them up. Tiles were missing and dirt here and there. Had to complain 2 times before it got to "living" conditions. Was told that they would do a deep clean both times, but first time mirror were still dirty and there were still dirt on the floor.

Our stay was amazing! We wanted to rest for a few days and the staff was so kind and helped us with even little things we needed. It was perfect. We enjoyed the room with access to poll very much.

Everything was pitch perfect - Beautiful hotel, perfectly match the picture here on Booking - Super clean from the reception hall to the swimming pool, the room, the bathroom, everything was cleaned every single day - The hotel staff was just ADORABLE, the receptionists, the waiters, the barmaids, the cleaning crew... - Food was always amazing and there were many choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner, the pool bar offers many choices for drinks starting from 8am to midnight, they also offer snacks but I did not try them Anyway, I will come back for sure

The pool was cold but people swam anyways so I think I was the only one bothered by that 😂

Outstanding selections in breakfast buffet. Friendliness and helpfulness of front desk staff. Ease of parking.

It was clean, the room was big and comfortable and a really nice pool, great breakfast

No room amenities. This was one time I needed hotel shampoo and conditioner and there wasn’t any. I thought it strange because this hotel had top notch everything else

unkempt and dirty

It was a very relaxing vacation. Nice room with direct access to the pool which was the best thing especially when you have small children that wants to stay in water all the time and you can relax at your own room privacy

The breakfast was very good, but the only thing that was a little bit problem for our family that likes to sleep more on holidays was the time, if it ends up at 10:30 would be great.
