Breakfast was just right.

The room was clean and quite spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is not adequate signage at the entrance. No hot water was available in the bathroom in the morning.

Good location, near Grant road train station, walkable distance from the beach. Helpful staff.

Location and value for money is good. It isn’t the most luxurious but it does the job especially in a more expensive city like Mumbai

Value for money, basic but clean. Great air conditioning. Lots of street food places to eat. 15 minutes walk to Chowpatty beach. Friendly staff, brilliant breakfast, tea, toast and jam and rice.

Everything you may expect to get for the money you pay for the room. Very friendly staff, always helpful. Location is superb in a nice neighbourhood close to many sightseeing spots in Mumbai central.

When you make a reservation ignore the spam messages, apparently their account is hacked.

Staff tried hard to be friendly WiFi was good

The beds were extremely uncomfortable The shower did not function properly The hotel was extremely noisy at all times

The neighbourhood has lots to offer and is well connected to the city.

Desk staff is uninterested and the facilities are at a minimum. They need some new found positive energy here. Cleaning staff is very capable and beyond friendly, trying to make the best of it.
