The White Horse

Large room for above a pub. Comfy bed. Fridge in the room is a nice touch. Situated in a very picturesque town. Friendly staff.

Check out is a bit too early.

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, with all the amenities needed. The owners were also very accommodating and friendly

It was very hot and there was only 1 fan, in the twin room it would have benefitted from 2

The all ambience , staff friendly and informative , used by the locals , reserved parking space And exceptional freshly cooked food

The scrabbled egg was ok!!

When we arrived, there was only 5 parking spaces allocated to the hotel & they were taken up by customers having a Saturday night out, not residence. So we went to park 100 yards up the street, not ideal when it’s pouring down with rain. The bedroom was above the bar & was very noisy till 11.30pm & after that on the street. The bedroom is on the Main Street & every vehicle that drives past makes the room vibrate. The breakfasts offer a good choice, but very disappointed to have to pay extra for a cup of tea!!
