Liked having use of the mini fridge in the room. Staff and management were extremely friendly and welcoming. Car parking space was always made available when we arrived each day.

Room could be a little noisy if entertainment on in the bar.

"Lovely place to stay in Shipston-on-Stour"

We had a lovely stay! The warm welcome on arrival set the tone for a relaxing visit. My partner was really happy with the birthday treats that had been arranged prior to our arrival. The room was clean and cosy, with a great bath in the bedroom and very comfortable beds. We also really enjoyed the pub atmosphere in the evening — it added a nice, friendly touch to the overall experience. Would definitely stay again!

A couple of small suggestions: the room could really use curtains over the top of the wooden slatted blinds, as it was quite bright throughout the night and early in the morning. Also, some traffic noise from the road was noticeable (and obviously this is out of their control ☺️) — so providing earplugs might be a helpful addition for light sleepers.
