Modern hotel in a historic building in the center of Terceira. Comfortable rooms and attentive staff. Airport transfer service is available, as well as guest parking — especially valuable during the high season. Delicious breakfasts are served in the garden. The hotel also features a spa and a swimming pool.

Hotel nuevo, decorado con muy buen gusto. La habitación cómoda y el baño también, con una ducha estupenda. Todo de muy buena calidad, toallas, albornoces, sábanas...Cama grande y cómoda. Desayuno de calidad exquisita, con muchas pciones sin gluten. El spa y la piscina son pequeños, pero están bien. Un lugar muy tranquilo, en el centro de Angra

Lo único que echamos de menos fue un lugar donde secr la ropa de playa y buceo, puesto q la habitación no tenía terraza

Muito bem decorado. Staff muito simpático, disponível e prestável. Pequeno almoço excelente. Muito bem localizado. Não tem estacionamento, mas existe um parque de estacionamento público gratuito a 500m.

Ainda sem todos os serviços a funcionar e nota-se que até os funcionários estão ainda a "descobrir" o hotel, parecendo por vezes pouco experientes (mas sempre prestáveis). Quartos bonitos, mas acabamentos deixam a desejar e, se isso não for corrigido, o hotel envelhecerá mal e rapidamente (pintura mal feita e papel de parede a descolar em alguns pontos). O nosso quarto, apesar de confortável, era um pouco pequeno. Tivemos um problema com o cartão do quarto - depois de algum tempo no leitor de cartões, desligava a energia elétrica, obrigando a retirar o cartão, esperar um pouco e voltar a colocar. Avisámos a receção, que nos informou que enviaria alguém da manutenção ao quarto, mas o problema persistia quando voltámos. Avisámos novamente a receção e resolveram o problema usando um novo cartão.
