Monsoon Empress Kochi

Location is good & worth for the money spent.

The buffet varieties (both breakfast & dinner) are very less & not up to expectation comparing to similar range of hotels.

Nice location. Food was nice. Service was nice, staff co-operated pleasently even at 4am.

Room doesn't look like 5 star at all. Maybe a 3 star luxury. AC was not heating after 30 mins of waiting. The bathroom door is kind of emitting light to bed, which I didn't like.

Un grand hôtel avec un très bel hall d'accueil Les chambres sont immenses, confortables, propres Le personnel professionnel La piscine en roof top et il y a une mini salle de sport Le petit déjeuner buffet est incroyable

C'est un peu vieillissant et la salle de sport est toute petite . Il ne faut pas être trop nombreux.

The room was neat. The staff was friendly too.

It does not meet the standards of a 5 star hotel. The hotel food was very average. The dishes I had lacked salt and was not fully cooked.
