Acho que hotel está demasiado pontuado para as condições que o quarto apresentava, colchão partido casa de banho em mau estado a madeira da cama a desfazer.

Belle camere, spaziose e immerse nel verde. Non distante da una bella spiaggia (150 MT). Anche il bagno in camera è spazioso. Vicino al resort ci sono alcuni ristoranti e servizi per acquistare beni necessari. Inoltre, a circa 200 MT si trova il Resort Dolphin dove è possibile accedere al bar per bersi una birra o un cocktail a prezzi abbordabili (ci sono solo poche strutture che vendono alcolici in quanto soggette al rilascio di una licenza del governo)

Il ristorante è bello ma ha bisogno di una riorganizzazione in quanto il servizio è veramente lento (anche a colazione). Il cibo comunque è buono

La posizione è abbastanza comoda, circa 5 minuti di motorino dal villaggio principale e 10 dal porto. Abbiamo molto apprezzato che ci sia stato offerto il trasporto dal porto al nostro arrivo. La struttura è carina, potrebbe essere tenuta un pochino meglio con piccole accortezze. Letto comodo.

Siamo stati 4 notti e al secondo giorno abbiamo consegnato alla reception un sacco con i nostri vestiti da lavare. Il giorno prima di partire abbiamo chiesto notizie sui nostri vestiti e ci è stato detto che non erano pronti. La mattina dopo noi saremmo partiti e quindi mi sono raccomandata di farceli trovare pronti prima del check out. Ovviamente così non è stato. Per fortuna abbiamo solo cambiato hotel e non isola, altrimenti come avremmo fatto? Alla fine i nostri vestiti sono stati consegnati nel nostro nuovo hotel, ma erano lavati malissimo e pieni di macchie. Sinceramente un servizio pessimo. Le camere non vengono mai pulite, non passano neanche a svuotare i cestini e anche il ristorante della struttura dovrebbe migliorare molto la pulizia e l'igiene. Non mi piace lasciare recensioni negative, so quanto sia difficile avere a che fare con i clienti, però questo hotel non costa pochissimo e secondo me il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente basso. Spero possiate prendere questo feedback come spunto per migliorare i vostri servizi.

Very limited food options most of which weren’t available despite being on the menu. Room service was very slow sometimes

Very loud music at night which stopped me from sleeping and loud ongoing construction noise in the daytime. A non peaceful stay.

The noise levels

Absolutely amazing accommodation, in a great area, very peaceful and quiet with beautiful gardens. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean and the food is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely welcome on arrival, it was delight to check in. We were provided with a complimentary pick up from the jetty. The room was spotlessly clean - and the bathroom was a good size. Shower temperature was hard to control. Aircon and fan worked really well together to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Staff on reception were always great with advice and sorting out taxi or auto needs. We booked kayaking via reception as it was far better pricing than any other. Breakfast aside what you get here is superb staff, excellent rooms and a brilliant location and it does offer outstanding value for money. Definitely recommended and yes, if we were to come again I would stay here again without hesitation.

The only criticism would be breakfast. It was terrible, both in terms of speed and quality. We were offered a complimentary meal one evening and didn't take up the offer based on food and speed at breakfast. I tried my fave dish , Masala dosa, 3 times and 3 times it was dire. 1st morning was very stodgy, about as thick as a US pancake and with minimal filling. 2nd morning was crispy and brittle and again with minimal filling. 3rd morning was a good dosa but almost like someone simply smeared the thinnest spread of filling possible. Banana pancakes were spot the banana. In fairness the Aloo Paratha was good. Most times one of us had finished our breakfast before the other breakfast and drink turned up. had it been busy this might have been understandable but it wasn't busy, it was just ultra slow service or a badly organised kitchen.
