room is fresh and good.

NO staff. Restaurant service hopeless. Restaurant opens at 8 am only, and evening at 6 pm. No kettle in the room. Cant even make one coffee. Getting coffee from restaurant difficult. Lot of work needs to be done to improve the quality of hotel, especially on the service front.

Cleanliness !

Hospitality "ZERO" ! Incidents: 1. no responses on my calls (more that 3 times) to their mobile number while I was trying to book dinner for my family. 2. kitchen got closed at 10:15 pm and we were not allowed to bring outside food. After debating for 15¬20 mins and showing them proof of my earlier calls, they allowed for outside food. 3. not enough manpower. One person who works as Receptionist, Cashier, Room Boy and Gate opener (no security guard) 4. no "driver room" 5. no bell boy : we were handling the luggage "ourselves"
