The hotel owner has a seperate set of rules to be followed like , they want driver ID card and no one should go out of the compound after gate is closed . No outside food is allowed and if we buy food from his restaurant it will take 3 hours

The facility is Good . Clean . Costly . Check in took some time they could not locate the booking immediately. No hot waster kettle or tea bag in room . If you are booking ask during check in . Card paymrnts they charge 2% that is rediculous.

Card Payments attract 2% . There is no kettle or tea bags or shaving items . For this price these are the essential items to be provided.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resturant chefs went out of their way to create tasty gluten free nut free dishes for our son. The rooms were fresh and clean.

The manager in charge for the night of our stay, Mr. maitheeram was simply a terrible person to deal with. We arrived at 2 AM and had requested cleaned bed covers, pillows, toiletries, water and an extra bed much earlier in the day (afternoon). As it turns out, he didn’t bother reading my request and ended up providing a room as is and an extra bed to sleep on the dusty carpet floor (see picture). For the 6000$+ expensive booking, he didn’t even bother providing a bottle of water and said it’d cost extra and instead said to drink mineral water from fountains outside the room using the empty bottles in the room (see picture). He also insisted on getting full payment before we went to see the rooms. Simply a disgusting person to the core and hoping to never stay at this place again, will also be sure to let my circle know to never even consider this place.
