"Friendly and good value, but a little remote."

Great, friendly service from all staff. Helped with our onward travel to the airport.

Location is somewhat out of the centre, especially for the Kazimayn shrines. A lot of construction ongoing in the area. No nearby amenities apparent in the area.

I love it everything about that hotel, stuff is exceptional they are there for you all the time. Offered us free taxi ride to Alawi garage, free welcome coffie...hotel is located 20 min from Tahrir square...good place to explore Baghdad!

"Warm, welcoming and comfortable."

The staff at the hotel were very polite, helpful and prompt in dealing with queries. The breakfast buffet service was excellent. We were assisted with arrangements for city transfers by taxi to Najaf and Samarra. we had a leaking hand wash basin which was promptly fixed. The room was very large, comprising a lounge/sofa and dining area.

The area around the hotel is quite run down and industrial, so not a place for walking around unfortunately. No available English language TV channels or news - BBC, CNN etc. Room pricing quite high based on quality of facilities and location.

Location is good, availability of parking all the time, staff helpful and wonderful, breakfast is good, rooms size is comfortable, in general it is very good and I definitely will come to visit this hotel again.

the price little bit higher than deserve.
