Cresebo Mansion

I don't like 1 of the personal is not approachable and frowning when I ask about something.else.Specially when my husband was staying there.and she always not happy to talk.

I don't like the rooms a lots of ants around windows,dust and in bed also in bathrooms they should check before they come in and check in.

Cresebo mansion was nice hotel and I have booked 4 rooms and some of the rooms is not clean and a lots of dust and ants also in bed. In reception 1 of the personal we don't like it she's not a happy person to talk.

We don't like 1 of the worker in reception and she always not happy can't even talk and ask for more info.

Room is clean and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Great location, away from bustling noises but very near the city center. The rooms are spacious. Free breakfast. Fast internet connection. Very approachable staff. Water is free, you can bring along your water container and saves from buying bottled ones. No basic toiletries but you can bring along travel kits. Bathroom is clean and with bidet.

Everything was great. Probably just the absence of the toiletries. But I'm used to bringing my own during travels.

The system and it's not comfortable specially for elderly people.

The staff very accomodating and friendly. The rooms clean and they provide what we need considering we are a big group. Overall our stay is perfect.

The staff’s English is poor and difficult to communicate with. The hotel offer tours for the guests to book but it’s definitely overcharged and not organized well. Definitely not recommended.
