The Staff are all Good, Helpful, always smiling and Happy to serve you. Our airport transfer is perfect. Very friendly staff and easy to talk with. The location is good. All the staff are superstars... :)

2 cockroaches we found in both our rooms. The AC in Room 209 is leaking and not cooling properly. We informed the staff and they immediately have it fixed. However, the same leak has occurred till we checked out. The Toilet exhaust in 209 can be improved because there is some unpleasant smell. This is our honest feedback and hopefully they will get it fixed. Overall , we are satisfied...

Breakfast is very little. The rice ration is for kids.

We checked in at 10 pm. I just asked if we could check out late (though we have an early schedule the next day) but they replied 'no' very quickly.

very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated. good place if you want to see the sights in the middle of the island

very small choice for breakfast, only two options, no coffee.
