This is a great establishment. So much excellence. Women run this hotel and you can tell because there is such great hospitality and really make you feel at home. hotel rooms exceptionally clean! the only thing was that the bed throw isn’t washed after every visitor as it wasn’t clean when I arrived and had stains and hair so that can be fixed in their cleaning regime. i just took it off the end of the bed and never used it. but EVERYTHING else was very very very clean and I was happy and at peace. bed was also comfy and sheets were comfy. shower was nice size and nice and hot and good pressure. i had a double inland view room. this means the room faces the street and that can be noisy however everything is so great you can’t even complain. I’ll come again and book a sea view ☺️ as that was the only room available when I booked staff some of the male staff could use a little more training I think. it may sound like a weird thing to say but all the female staff were EXCELLENT, friendly welcoming happy, helpful, attentive. went out of their way to make my experience a great one. manager is great 💛. the girl with beautiful curly hair was amazing too. and the lady in the restaurant maybe manager? she was very attentive to me and was great! the extra mile it was my birthday and I was on my own. i was given a glass of sparkling wine, the staff wrote happy birthday in flowers on my bedroom floor AND put they put balloons in the room whilst I was having dinner. what a surprise and a gift. so generous and so kind! i was in tears! also I had a massage and they also gave me gifts as it was my birthday! the massage! INCREDIBLE. Marina the masseuse wow she is the best that I’ve had and I have literally had so many massages all over the world and that was the best. she is so kind so personable, I had the Cretan massage and the deep tissue massage with hamman and body scrub. perfection! if you’re a masseuse you can learn from her.

it was a bit small. everyone has their own section on the beds however it could use more outdoor space if possible. not all the drinks like smoothies ice cream etc was included in all inclusive would have been great if there was a standard pool to swim lengths. i say these things for an honest review however none of these things would stop me from going there again and bringing people with me

Everything was flawless. The food was fantastic. The staff were amazing, friendly and so accommodating. It was one the best stays of the year and we've visited 20+ hotels so far this year. I'd certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Crete!

Such a wonderful place. The most pleasant and helpful staff we have come across in a long time. Every request and question was answered with a smile and assistance. Amazing variety in the dining room and the drinks at the bar were great. We will definitely recommend to friends and will also come back again if the opportunity arises.

The rooms are a bit small and too dark for our liking. Sometimes there are unpleasant situations surrounding the lack of sunbeds by the pool.

the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. the property is lovely decorated and the food was very very good

you have to get up early for a sun bed and the spa (separate company) were very pushy and we felt they tried to pressure us into paying for a treatment we didn’t really want

- lovely staff who were very accommodating - everywhere exceptionally clean - great choice of food - good gym facilities - beach club just opposite the hotel - strong wifi - lovely decor

- the only one downside would be that if you want a sun bed you have to be at the pool for 7.30 as they’re usually all taken any later then that. This isn’t down to lack of beds by the hotel, but guests getting up very early to reserve their chosen beds for the day. If you have a lay in, which most people like to do on holiday it’s extremely hard/impossible to get a sun bed. With that being said the beach is just over the road.
