Spacious and clean. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Needed AC, but it was still a lovely stay.

Wouldn't let me pay cash without a passport even though im English and had secured my card details online Wrong room number given verbally by second member staff who took over my booking So tried to get in wrong room Not explained by staff u have to insert card into wall in room to get lights electricity to work as not stayed here before Tables outside good for smoking but only one ashtray

Staff at breakfast were very welcoming and attentive (without being pushy).

Constant noise from an external room fan/ motor between 4pm through to 4am, impacted enormously on wellbeing (with a chronic illness quality time to relax/ unwind/ have 8hrs of undisturbed sleep is paramount for functionality during the day). As a result of disturbed sleep pattern/ poor cognitive functionality and raised levels of early onset fatigue, my mobility, stamina and focus were greatly impaired.

Book for an event at GlassHouse, of all the hotels I think this might be easiest to walk to The GlassHouse The room I booked was spacious and the bed was comfortable I got a good sleep. Good having the option of a sofa in the room. There’s hand soap and shower gel provided as well as nice towels. Sanitary bags were good and good to have tissues and a pen too I needed and used all of these things. Staff weren’t rude but also weren’t the friendliest, however check in was fast and smooth which is what you want after a long journey. Iron and ironing board in the room. Plugs beside the bed on me side. Trinity shopping centre is walking distance as well as the high street but you’d never know it! So hidden you can’t tell. There are restaurants and a big Tesco there. Worth popping too for supplies.

You pay £10 per night for parking. I don’t think that’s reasonable. Weird lighting in the room and bathroom - you expect good bright vanity lighting in a bathroom. Tiny TV for a big room, I just didn’t use it so not the biggest deal; I wasn’t there I watch tv it’s just good to watch tv at night sometimes. Could do with a better storage option for clothes. I’m not keen on these new exposed clothes storage solution hotels are using. Two rails with hangers, one small drawer and a shelf could just do with more / tidier solution. Decor is very worn down with done in laminate and scuffs and marks all of the walls. Just felt run down and tired. Certain things were dirty too. Obviously cleaners have a tick list and not all corners are covered weekly.

Staff were mostly all great. Good selection at breakfast and the staff there were EXCELLENT. Beds were comfy enough.

Didn't feel safe due to a man who had been involved in an 'incident' with the police. Water was dripping from the front porch, which turned out to be sewage.....floors were dirty, my colleagues bed was sandy on the inside. Room was warm without any way to cool it easily - windows don't open very far and no fan. No fan in the bathroom so it was steamy post shower for a while. Beds looked huge but actually 2 pinned together meaning you could only really sleep on one side. Duvet was zipped which then jangled every time it was moved.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean, plenty of space, everything you need. Great stay.

Location was good, the deal I got which included breakfast and evening meal, room was massive and perfect for business.
