"Was a good location for my visit and good value"

Location was great for The Glasshouse. Bed was comfortable

Lack of security- can enter hotel and get access to all floors without a key card. No A/C and the fan provided didn’t do much Only one plug socket (next to the bed) - had to disconnect the hair dryer to use the kettle. Also had to take the kettle/ mugs etc off the shelf to plug in
