The only thing that was okay was the fact that it was a bedroom to stay at while our renovations were getting done.

The bathroom was disgusting and out dated. The bath panel was broken. There was outdated tiles and hardly any towels. The room decor was outdated. There was no air con so it was hot over night and hard to sleep. The view was that of the car park- in the morning at around 6am there was loads of noise from the car park which disturbed my sleep further. Even at check in the staff were not at the desk for ages and same for check out- had to actually shout into the office "excuse me".

The hotel itself is fine, easy check in, staff were great, easy parking on site, decent bar within the hotel.

Let’s say it’s popular with stag and hen do’s. Got back around 11 pm from a gig had a drink in the bar. Went to get in the lift and there’s a security guy asking for room number and name, bit of a red flag. Anyway went to bed and got woke up at 1 am by fully grown men running around the corridors screaming at the top of their voices. They were banging on doors shouting room service then laughing and running off. They then were kicking doors banging on walls and making a terrible racket. This went on for two hours! They sounded like they’d had a skin full.

Very handy for the Glasshouse venue.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was definitely big enough for a wheelchair user.

The shower water spreads over a lot of the floor especially in front of the toilet so it's a bit dangerous. Also the hand soap is too far away from the sink. A small pedal bin in the bathroom is not good if you can't open it with your foot plus not big enough if you have to dispose of certain medical stuff but I'm sure you could ask for extra bin bags.

Fantastic location 10mins walk to the Quays and the Glasshouse. Room spotless!! On-site parking for a tenner. Would definitely stay again.

Used for homeless people. A few were very unsociable, loitering outside in numbers. Won't be booking again 😞
