Sehr schlechte Gastronomie für ein 5-Sterne Leading of the World Hotel. Abendkarte nur Sandwich und Burger (in Italien)? Das Michelin-Sternerestaurant nicht zu reservieren da kein Personal vorhanden 🤔 Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe und der Service war eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Selbst die Bestellung eines Cappuccino wurde zum Problem. Im gesamten Restaurant ist nur ein Salzstreuer vorhanden. Die Gäste haben ihre Tische selbst vom Vorgänger abräumen müssen, das Personal hat zugesehen.

Il servizio di ristorazione, all’epoca della nostra visita, non era all’altezza. Il personale di sala è gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze del cliente, ma molto disorganizzato. Ci hanno detto che avevano appena cambiato gestione e ancora in rodaggio. Comunque gentilissimi. Maggior attenzione al rispetto delle aree adults only, come la piscina interna, dove è capitato di vedere famiglie con bambini. Soprattutto non mi sarei mai aspettato, in una struttura a 5 stelle, di ricevere una sistemazione in una camera comunicante con un’altra camera, dove era alloggiata una famiglia con un bambino piccolo.

The consierge and staff were very understanding and helpful when we needed to change rooms due to bed arrangements and when we have to leave in the middle of the night to take baby to hospital. Thank you for that. The beauty of the place was everything we expected.

The food was not very inspiring especially the breakfast. No choice just asked what I would like and I was in a hurry to get to the hospital so it might have been difficult for them.
