My room was very clean, there was ample hot water, WiFi worked well, staff and other guests were very friendly, staff very helpful with with booking activities/transport, grocery store within walking distance, and I loved having the shared kitchen to cook my own food!

Bad location next to a noisy establishment.

They booked for us tours and shuttle bus. For a small fee they washed and dried our clothes and shoes, which was a lifesaver for us since it was raining a lot and nothing was drying overnight.

Our room was facing a road

The hotel itself was great. The service was great, the owner really cares for the service quality level and very attentive.

Rained heavily and water came in under the door. I would suggest installing door sweeps for all the doors.

The rooms were very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Booking excursions was super simple.
