Serata di Ferragosto fantastica con aperitivo stupendo di alta qualità, cena a seguire di livello alto e dopo cena con dolci per tutti e finale con fuochi d’artificio di altissima qualità

This has to be one of the best family hotel. Not crowded, superb food. Kids loved it.

The hotel is excellent. There's so many things to do for kids. They tried everything - the pool, the slide, the toboggan, trampolines, Falky land, ski slope, a pirate ship. They loved it. The staff is very polite and friendly. They welcomed us very nicely - seated us, offered a welcome drink, and explained everything. The food was delicious.

The room was nice, but it could use a renovation. The toilet and the battery by the washbasin were leaking (so we had wet toiletry bags). For breakfast and dinner, we were seated at the table with chairs ON the air conditioning vent, which was very unpleasant. Nevertheless, after asking them to turn it off, they at least increased the temperature and decreased the intensity.

The children’s club was available through out the day for our children. They had a lot of fun! The food options were amazing. The room was spacious but we couldn’t figure out the heater. It would get really hot even if we didn’t turn it on, so we had to keep the window open. Our key card stopped working but they were quick to fix it! The pool area was nice for our family and our children enjoyed it. The interactive roof was super cool, but the go cart on the Bobby track was broken. However, my children loved the zip line, trampoline area and the playgrounds!

Great stay:) Food is delicious. The staff was very nice:) Highly recommended for families.

There is no coffee machine in room. The shuttle bus, that is provided by the hotel to get us to the ski slopes was not always avaliable:(

Everything except the beds , that needs to be improved.

The space of the kids room is too small for kids 10+ The activities for kids 10 + and adults need to be improved .
