Everything was excellent! Room was spacious, comfortable and super clean! Staff was amazing, friendly and always helpful. Food was great and our baby enjoyed playrooms and a ski slope, as well as the pool and wellness. We also got strollers for use during our stay.

Fantastic property! Service was amazing and the property was nicely decorated and well maintained. We were there over Christmas and atmosphere was festive with many activities planned. Food was delicious and well varied.

Excellent food, variety and selection (highest quality ingredients). Plenty of activities for kids and keeping them entertained (appreciated all the non kids club activities you could do).

Wish the town was a little more bustling but charming. The rooms felt a little small.

It was too hot in the room, when there was Santa Claus activity, I was not informed that I can order prezents for children and finally my children did not get presents, were dissapointed

The hotel has excellent staff and excellent service they are friendly welcoming helping Location it's far from Milan airport Otherwise all was good excellent facility

The bed and below was not comfortable Outside sitting was no light no service no wormers that will be nice if they take care for outside furniture and put some light and wormers Otjoall good
