Great location, good price and cozy room. The Italian restaurant downstairs was also delicious.

We never got in. Never responded to assist until it was hours later and we had to get another room .

Location was great

Fans need to be supplied in room - especially in the summertime. Room was absolutely boiling - and yes, I know that it tells you to go downstairs and ask for a fan. In fact, I went downstairs twice to ask, one time - no one was there, and the other time, the person told me that i needed to ask someone else but they believed that there weren't any remaining. Aside from this, my stay was great, but fans should be complementary already inside the room.

Location is great but the place is a bit old and run down, but tidy. We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Italy with the family. The city itself is worth a trip, lots to see and do both for young and old. this was our 4th time and its still a cool place to visit for a day or two.

Marketed as a hotel but is a mere worn guesthouse. No facilities at all. No information beforehand that no staff would be onsite when arriving and no possibility to store luggage when coming before start of check-in. Info on wifi code was not given at check-in.
