My wife and I stayed in the small double room and it was perfect for our needs. Check in was super simple. Parking was easy, right behind the hotel. It has been really hot here in Germany lately but the room really cooled down at night. Especially with the windows opened. It’s an 800 year old building so you just have to expect some little imperfections! But honestly, this was a great stay! Very clean. Very quiet. Very comfortable. The bathroom was perfect. The price for a Saturday night at this location really cannot be beaten. I highly recommend this hotel

Amazing location in the middle of beautiful Rothenburg. Surrounded by lovely eateries and cafés. Check in was easy. The guest house is in traditional German style which we loved. Beds were comfy. Radiators could be easily turned on to dry our wet clothes.

We had two rooms, and the water pressure in one of the bathrooms was too low to actually use: the shower was just a trickle. Meanwhile the water pressure in the other shower was so high it was almost painful! It needed to be somewhere in the middle. That said, we'd still stay there again if back in town :)

"Sweet room, close to everything!"

No breakfast. The room was sweet and comfy!

There is no elevator and the proprietor could not provide any help to seniors trying to get their luggage upstairs, the restaurant was busy and seemed to be the priority at check-in time. They would only provide one key and we had multiple adults in the family room.

Location was good parking you payed in the back . But it was hard to find without talking to someone .

The beds were not that comfortable and lack of pillows.

The manager was INCREDIBLY kind and went above and beyond to make our trip as easy as possible. 5 star customer service in our experience. Such a treat to stay in an 800 year old building! We had a blast ☺️
