Battaramulla Boutique Villa

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, with the bathroom being particularly unclean. To make matters worse, the bathroom door had no proper lock, making privacy an issue, and the hot water shower was broken. When we raised these concerns and requested a room change, the owners were unhelpful and acted as if it was our fault. They refused to offer a solution or a refund, instead making excuses for the issues. Their attitude was unprofessional, making us feel as if we were trying to stay for free rather than being paying guests. I do not recommend staying here. However, if you must, make sure to inspect the room before making any payment, as the management is unwilling to take responsibility for their accommodations.

Very big lack of cleanliness basics . Such a shame. This place could be a really nice one if they would take care about every little stuff to fix, walls to repair and leeking roof to arrange... If that was done it would be valuable. So far it's unfortunately not.

We really liked the place and can recommend it.

Maybe only one thing to improve, we were missing an outside chair to sit on the balcony. Maybe there will be a solution in the future.
