Be careful !!! I booked a room 2 days back and confirmed. Suddenly, they called me on that day around 4 pm and told me the room is not ready, so asked me to cancel the room, but at that time i was on the way with my family. the room confirmed is not really conform here, better avoid booking rooms here.

I made a reservation via booking.com, Once I contacted them 4 April 2024 (before going to Battaramulla Botique Villa), they informed me that they have already cancelled my booking which i booked through booking.com. The reason was they had to give that room to another guest. Then i had to book their room directly for Rs.6500.00 which is higher cost than my previous booking. I made a direct booking on that day as i did not have other option.
