"Great Hotel"

I absolutely loved staying here. The first wonderful thing about this hotel was a young man named Giulio who checked us in. He could not have been more kind and accommodating! The A/C was not functioning so he showed us another room option but we decided to stay in the junior suite without a/c because it wasn't hot and it was a larger room. He brought us a circulating fan just in case. He took great time to show us the map of town and made wonderful dining recommendations and a reservation for us. He also brought a heater to our room when it got cold one night. Breakfast room was large with lots of options. Location was outstanding. The staff were all kind and helpful. I would stay here again.

Lots of stairs but I think that's the case everywhere in the Cinque Terre. I believe there were less stairs here than other hotels in town.
