A terrific, value- for- money option in the heart of Anjuna! We adored our stay in this 100 year old Portugese villa, surrounded by lush greenery and plenty of options for rest and relaxation. The rooms are aesthetic and comfortable, the on site bar/ restaurant is a great place to unwind over food and drinks. A special mention must be made of the hospitality, friendliness and professionalism exhibited throughout by the staff. The hotel itself is central, within a half hour of most hotspots in North Goa. Can't wait to be back!

There were quite a few mosquitos to deal with, especially in the patio area right outside our room (but that was understandable given that it was peak monsoon season).

Property is clean and echo friendly. Staff are humble and friendly.

Plunge rooms are quite small and too many mosquitoes

Spacious suite, community spirit, great food at the bar. Staff is really nice. Dedicated workspace and reliable WiFi make it a good spot for remote working.

For 20 GBP less a night we stayed at a 5 star suite in Candolim with pool and breakfast included. Here neither is included, but you have a musty smell in the room, no mosquito protection (e.g., nets) and the roof is made of a thin material that really intensifies the sound of the rain so we woke up multiple times at night. They charged for early check in, even though the hotel was half empty during the monsoon season.

Property was good, hospitality was great. Food was delicious. The concept of the rooms were really thoughtful. Private pool in the suite is unique, not available in many properties. Promoting Sustainable living is appreciated.
