This hotel is one of the worst properties in Bangalore. The front desk is extremely rude and will intentionally not understand what the guest will stay and will act aggressive. We found out that the room we booked had no air conditioning. We wanted to upgrade and pay more for a better room which was flatly refused in a very aggressive and rude way

Worst place to stay and even Worst staff specially the reception. Not very friendly for female traveler.

I had a confirmed booking with the property, but when I arrived, they said they had no rooms. The manager said he had rooms at a different property just down the road.

That they didn't have a room for me!

The manager wanted to take pics of couples together and singles also. Why should we give a picture when we have provided valid ID proof and address proof. Are we criminals to take our pictures and store them? What guarantee that these pics will not be misused? Extremely rude behavior. We checked out within an hour and conducted the meeting at a mall.
