"Good value but there should be better comfort"

The room was modern and clean.

The curtains were too transparent so did not darken the room and the bed was hard as a rock!

"Very bad experience . Not sure whether booking dot com is making any checking for these rooms ."

Staff was supportive

Room was not cleaned . Not able to close the windows , handle was broken , main door lock was not worked properly and had to try multiple times . Not able to close the bath room door . Bed was not and clean . There was not any hangers in shelf . Looks like this room is given to people who were booked though online platforms like booking dot com. Not secure enough for staying with family as windows and doors are not in proper working condition . No maintenance is done for days . Switch boards are broken .
