"I did what I did just coz of the manager otherwise I wouldn't had done what I done....."

The manager specially, ruined the experience. as I left the room for some purchase I took my luggage along w me, he took my keys shows that he doesn't trust the customer, and by night he ringed me as asked for the confirmation of still you are checked-in. So that he can give the room for next customer. I doesnt understood that room was till next day what was his purpose of behaving like this ...
