room size and cleanliness

facilities and staff behavior. There was only one bottle of water provided. there was no RO or any other drinking water facility. We were asked to but the water. There was no room service available after 9 pm or before 11 am. The staff tried to cheat us regarding the payment - the booking said 2 rooms but somehow it mentioned 2 persons. we were 4 of us which was within the limit of 2 rooms. Yet the staff threatened saying that we must rectify the issue with booking.com else they will charge us more !
