Excellent breakfast, Wonderful dinner Very Helpful staff

Location is ideal: close to bus stops and shopping areas. Communication from the time of booking is excellent, information given at the point of check-in are very helpful, not only about hotel facilities but also about the town. A dedicated parking spot in the closed garage is excellent. Not only brochures, but bus tickets for the length of our stay are beyond expectation. In fact most of the days we made use of the complimentary bus tickets, rather than drove our rented car. Services of restaurant staff during dinners and breakfasts are extraordinary. . Every morning on our breakfast table we have the weather information and the list of hotel programs of the day (and tomorrow). This is a five star service in a four star hotel We stayed in 3 different hotels in the Dolomiti. Genziana is the best.

Daily weather and hotel programs could be more useful if posted to the rooms, maybe early in the morning. Breakfast time, could be better started at 7.00 (instead of 7.30) at least in Summer, so we can start with holiday activities earlier.

The star of the hotel is definitely the staff—they were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any needs. They provided good recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

Internet access in our room was terrible to non-existent. The cleaning staff repeatedly entered our rooms without waiting for an answer, just walking in. Additionally, the glass door around the shower did not have adequate sealing, causing water to spray and leak all over the bathroom.

Everything is good, starting from check in. Easy and dedicated parking lot in garage. Rooms were good. We had chosen both breakfast and dinner included. It was a good choice, especially after a long day hiking. Both breakfast and dinner are simply delicious, and my family enjoyed thoroughly. Patrick, Gladis, Timo, and even the lady staff manning the pool, all were professional and provide consistent good service. Staff is the best from all aspect.
