This property is absolutely exceptional from my perspective. The reception at check in as smooth as I've never seen before, everything ready to your hands at hello. Parking very convenient on dedicated spot. The family room big enough, the view of Sella Ronda fabulous, the cleanliness just perfect. The service of the rooms 2-times a day is unheard off for me. And the hospitality and food ? For me a Michellin standard, for sure. The choice of food is extensive for breakfast and dinner but the dinner is a shocker. Why ? A 6-course dinner tasting menu daily including oysters, scallops, clams, shimps, mussels, first class beef and veal, choice of fish, fabulous deserts and much more for that money per person ? That's a present ! Believe me, I've already stayed in hundreds of hotels on all continents on Earth excluding Antarctica and I've never experienced nor expected such hospitality and family driven friendliness. For me a highly recommended family owned and >60 years operated hotel to the detailest detail ever. For me it's a "will stay again for 100% property"...

The only 2 details I would invest into are => more fresh air in the fitness room and a jacuzzi by the inside pool. We did not miss that but it would be a "cherry on an already fantastic cake".

The staff were amazing, especially Tino and Petra. The breakfast was outstanding. The spa facilities were relaxing and clean. Everything was very clean and thoughtful.

The bed was old and very uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. They brought us extra though.

I like everything about this hotel- starting with location just next to the gondola station and the most popular aprés ski bar;-) Ski-out/ski-in, ski room with boots dryers, Wonderful wellness area with swimmingpool and different saunas - this is exactly What you need after skiing:-) Family rooms are very comfortable and spacious. All the staff is very nice, quick and extremly helpfull. Ladies who are owners create most amazing, very elegant not very friendly almost family atmosphere❤️❤️❤️ And last but definitely not least: The restaurant and extraordinary, exceptional meals! The food deserves Michelin’s stars. Every dinner was like a state of art - amazing taste and presence❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for wonderful winter holiday:-) PS. The orange chutney we got from you was angelic😋

The hotel is very centered, close to two lifts (the t bar which takes to the Campinoi, and a chairlift) so you can easily do the Ronda on both sides - as well as have easy access to most ski areas The staff were very kind and helpful Breakfast and dinner were great

The bed mattress was too hard for our taste. No hot tub (the pool is pretty warm, but not hot)
