"Totally disappointing, have a lot of improvement"

nothing was right,

The shower did not work, once u had bath the entire wash room was wet. the wash basin was very poor. Towels were not properly washed, no car parking, no restaurant. U had kettle in the room but no tea coffee sachets etc.,
