The room is bigger

This is one of the worst stays I've ever had. The room is just filthy. There's cockroaches everywhere, the toilet smells like sewage and when complained, the staff just came down and sprayed some airfreshner which didn't last for more than 10 minutes. The room in general smells like insect repellent. Didn't even dare to try their complimentary breakfast after seeing the condition of the rooms. We didn't even change or use the toilets, but just slept through the night in that filth and left earlier the next day.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to temples and shops, which made our stay very convenient. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Whenever I called reception for anything, they responded very quickly and were always helpful.

While the location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and quick to help, unfortunately the rooms were extremely dirty. I paid ₹20,000 for 3 nights and it was absolutely not worth it. While the location is good and the staff were polite, the rooms were in an extremely dirty and unhygienic condition. The floor was filthy, the night lamp was broken and covered with dust, the bathrooms were terrible, and there were stains everywhere. Even the tea cup provided in the room was so dirty that I couldn’t even touch it. It was so uncomfortable that we couldn’t enjoy our stay or even eat properly. For the amount I paid, I expected at least clean and decent rooms, but this was by far the dirtiest hotel experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this place unless they take cleanliness and maintenance seriously.

Location is ok - close to the station - but very crowded/trafficky area somewhat narrow lane as well In the bathroom, bucket provided seemed too old - looks like several years old - not sure why they can't replace buckets more frequently
